When I did the Five Gates meditation, I (Jacqui) noticed a distinct somatic feeling in my throat that came up at the “Ancestral Grief” gate. This is a feeling I have come up for me quite often, and has given me some insight into where it might be coming from. I am wondering if anyone had similar somatic experiences?
